Where we deliver

We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside Great Britain at the moment.

How it works

Every item is printed to order by one of our production partners through Printify, then posted to you. Items made by different partners are sent in separate parcels and may arrive on different days. The delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.

Our delivery rates cover up to 12 of each kind of item in one order, for example up to 12 mugs in any mix of designs, or up to 12 framed prints of the same size. If your basket has more than that, checkout will not offer delivery. Please split it into two orders, or email us at somaligiftbiz@gmail.com first.

How long it takes

Items are made after you order, so allow time for production as well as delivery. Times vary by item. If you need an order by a particular date, email us at somaligiftbiz@gmail.com before you order.

If something goes wrong

If your order has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email us at somaligiftbiz@gmail.com with your order number. See our returns policy for damaged, faulty or wrong items.
