Refund policy

Somali Gift Shop sells made-to-order prints and gifts for delivery in England, Scotland and Wales. This policy explains how to cancel an order and what happens if something goes wrong.

Changing your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of the day you, or someone you name, receive the goods. To cancel, email us at somaligiftbiz@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with the address to send the goods back to. You then have 14 days from telling us to send them back. You pay the cost of returning them. Please return goods unused and in their original condition where possible.

Your refund

We refund the price you paid and the standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving the goods back, or of receiving evidence that you sent them, whichever is earlier. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we refund only the cost of standard delivery. We may reduce a refund if the goods have been handled more than was needed to examine them. Refunds are made to the payment method you used.

Damaged, faulty or wrong items

Each item is made to order. If something arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, email us at somaligiftbiz@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you, and we cover the cost. This does not affect your legal rights.
