These terms apply when you buy from somaligiftshop.com. The shop is run by ELMI GROUP ENK, a sole proprietorship (enkeltpersonforetak) registered in Norway (organisation number 938 746 419), trading as Somali Gift Shop.
Our products
Every item is made to order for you by one of our production partners. Product images are mockups, not photographs of the finished piece, and printed colours can differ slightly from how they look on screen.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in your local currency where we offer one: pounds in the UK, kroner in Norway, Australian dollars in Australia, and local currency in the EU, the United States and Canada. Delivery is charged separately and shown at checkout before you pay.
Each item is posted from the country where our print partner makes it, which may not be your country. If a parcel crosses a border, your country may charge import VAT, duties or a carrier handling fee on delivery.
Your order
When you place an order we send an email confirming it. If we cannot make or deliver an item, we will tell you and refund you in full.
Delivery
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales only. See our delivery page.
Cancelling and returns
You can cancel within 14 days of receiving your order. See our returns policy for how to cancel, how refunds work and what to do if something arrives damaged or faulty. Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights.
