Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in England, Scotland and Wales. We do not deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands, the Isle of Man, BFPO addresses or outside Great Britain at the moment.
How it works
Every item is printed to order by one of our production partners through Printify, then posted to you. Items made by different partners are sent in separate parcels and may arrive on different days. The delivery cost for your order is shown at checkout before you pay.
How many items one order can hold
Our delivery rates are set for groups of similar items. Each group covers up to 12 items in one order, and items in the same group count together, whatever the design:
- Mugs: white mugs and accent mugs count together.
- Phone cases and keyrings count together.
- Unframed posters: 12 × 8 in and 18 × 12 in posters count together, including the flag posters. 24 × 16 in posters are a separate group.
- Framed prints: each frame size is its own group (10 × 8 in, 12 × 8 in and 18 × 12 in).
- Canvases: 18 × 12 in and 24 × 16 in canvases are separate groups.
- Double-sided flags and the fabric banner count together.
- Every other kind of item is its own group: tote bags, notebooks, fleece blankets, desk mats, necklaces, water bottles, cushions and greeting cards.
If any one group has more than 12 items, checkout can't give a delivery price for the whole basket, so the order can't go ahead. Please reduce that group to 12 or split your basket into two orders, or email us at somaligiftbiz@gmail.com first.
How long it takes
Items are made after you order, so allow time for production as well as delivery. Times vary by item. If you need an order by a particular date, email us at somaligiftbiz@gmail.com before you order.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived, or arrives damaged, email us at somaligiftbiz@gmail.com with your order number. See our returns policy for damaged, faulty or wrong items.
